HR Workspace login.
HRonlinePlus has provided Employee Self-Service (ESS) capabilities that allow employees to access HR information and perform authorized transactions online, including electronic payslips, leave and overtime requests, change-shift requests, attendance information and employee records.
OTP verification was already part of ESS authentication. The latest enhancement builds on that protection by expanding verification to additional HRonlinePlus access points and services.
HRonlinePlus requires OTP verification during every ESS login. After the standard login step, employees
complete the configured OTP verification process before access is granted.
This extra authentication requirement helps reduce unauthorized access risks if a password is
compromised.
HR Workspace supports authorized HR personnel managing employee 201 files, attendance, payroll-related
operations, leave, overtime, approvals and reporting, according to assigned permissions.
As part of the expanded security implementation, OTP verification is mandatory during every HR Workspace
login. After successful authentication, authorized personnel may access the modules allowed by their
assigned roles. This does not mean a separate OTP is required for every individual module.
HRonlinePlus has also extended OTP validation to requests submitted through its website.

Cloud HRIS platforms handle employee records, attendance, compensation details and other confidential
information. Expanded OTP verification strengthens employee account access, HR administrator login
security and validation of customer-facing requests.
